Our Guarantee

Lifetime transferable warranty — no expiration, no fine print runaround.

Every repair we complete is backed by the same promise: if covered work ever moves or fails, we come back and fix it at no charge. For life. Regardless of who owns the home.

What's Covered

  • All piers, pilings, and anchors installed by A-1 crews
  • Beam replacements and structural timber work
  • Drainage installations completed by our team
  • Root barrier installations
  • Post-repair leveling adjustments if warranted

What's Not Covered

  • Nature events: fire, earthquake, flood, and storm damage are not covered
  • Substantial alterations to the home — major additions, pools built close to the foundation, or major plumbing leaks
  • Warranties become void if you don't maintain the foundation — uneven moisture levels and drainage issues left unaddressed can void coverage
  • Pier & Beam understructure shimming and wood repairs carry a separate limited warranty (see below)
  • Cosmetic work: drywall, flooring, or interior paint caused by settling

Why we can offer this

We've issued this warranty for over two decades because we're confident in the quality of our work. We use the right method for each situation — not the fastest one. That confidence is why we still exist to honor every warranty we've ever written.

⚠️ Not all warranties are equal

Some foundation companies void their warranty in the case of soil movement. Soil movement is the #1 reason foundations need repair in North Texas — making that kind of warranty completely useless. Read the fine print before you choose a repair company.

FAQ

Common warranty questions

What does 'lifetime' actually mean?

No expiration date. Most foundation warranties in this industry run 10–25 years. Ours doesn't have a clock. As long as the home stands, the warranty applies to covered work.

What does 'transferable' mean in practice?

When you sell the home, the warranty can be transferred to the new owner — but transfer is not automatic. Contact us within 30 days of the property title transfer to initiate the process. A transfer fee may apply.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Call us or fill out the contact form. We schedule a follow-up inspection at no charge, determine whether the movement is covered, and perform any covered repairs at zero cost to you.

Will I be charged anything for a covered repair?

No. If the work falls under your warranty, there's no service call fee, no materials markup, no labor charge. The word 'guaranteed' in our name means something.

I can't find my warranty paperwork. Now what?

We keep records of every job since we opened. Give us your address and we'll pull the file. You don't need the original documents to make a claim.
